Softball moves doubleheaders due to weather

The Lady Indians (7-4, 0-0 MACJC North) North Division opener against Northeast Mississippi Community College originally scheduled for Friday has been moved to Saturday, February 28 with the first game of the twin bill scheduled for 12:00 p.m.

Honors Orientation set for Apr. 15

New event to be at the ICC Fulton Campus

Itawamba Community College will host its first Honors Orientation this spring for students who score 24 or higher on the ACT. The free event is scheduled for Apr. 15 beginning with check-in at 12:30 p.m. in the lobby of the David C. Cole Student Services building on the Fulton Campus.

Hagan: William Winter Scholar

To represent ICC at Natchez Literary and Cinema Celebration

Dr. Janae Ferguson Hagan of Saltillo has been selected as the 2015 William Winter Scholar for Itawamba Community College.

She will represent ICC at the award-winning 26th annual Natchez Literary and Cinema Celebration, Feb. 26-28. The country’s most prominent writers, scholars and filmmakers will be featured at this year’s celebration, “Bigger Than Life: Extraordinary Mississippians.”
