Education Amendments Acts of 1976, 1992 and 1998

Provisions of this Act require that information regarding academic and financial aid be reported to current and prospective students who are consumers and borrowers of federal funds with any obligation to repay. Information regarding the areas listed below is reported to students in the college catalog and/or other publications readily available to current and prospective students.
