Inside ICC - September 1, 2009

For the second straight year, Amory's FM95 (95.7) will be your radio source for all of the ICC athletic broadcasts. The College has scheduled 65 broadcasts, which will share the school record set during the 2008-09 school year.

Award-winning sportscaster Will Kollmeyer will begin his sixth year as the "Voice of the Indians" with the season opener in football against nationally-ranked Jones County, August 27. The Director of Marketing and Sports Information at ICC has called nearly 300 games in his first five years at Itawamba.

This will also be the sixth year in a row that former Caledonia High School and UAB standout Michael Putt will be the color commentator for Indians football on the radio. "The Professor," Dr. Ken Bishop, is expected to re-join Kollmeyer courtside on the basketball broadcasts, while Hall of Fame coach Roy Cresap will again be up in the press box to provide color commentary for Indians baseball.

You'll also again be able to listen to ICC football, basketball, baseball and softball games on the College's Web site, www.iccms.edu, as well as fm95radio.com.
