Email: jcterrill@iccms.eduJeff Terrill is entering his seventh season as Itawamba Community College's head football coach and his fourth in charge of the Indians defense, which again last year finished among the nation's top 20 in total defense. Last season, with a 7-3 record, his players finished first in the North Division, made the state playoffs for the fourth straight year and were ranked among the nation's top 20 in the NJCAA final poll for the third consecutive campaign. Terrill's teams have compiled a 33-23 record at ICC.
Over the past 25 seasons, the Noxubee County native has served as defensive and recruiting coordinator at Hinds Community College, defensive coordinator for East Mississippi Community College and athletic director and head football coach at Kosciusko High School.
Terrill graduated from Mississippi State University, where he earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees. He is married to the former Jan Reed, and they have three children, Jay, 26; Jennifer, 22; and Jessica, 18; daughter-in-law Beth, and granddaughter, Molly.

Jeff Carter begins his fourth year with ICC's football program. Last year, in his third campaign as offensive coordinator, he continued to develop quarterback Tyson Lee, who for two seasons finished among the nation's leaders in every passing category and was named first-team NJCAA All-American. Carter's offense finished among the nation's top 20 overall in all three campaigns.
The former Ole Miss standout defensive back spent four years coaching at Oxford and Tupelo High Schools and six seasons at the collegiate level at Northwest Community College, the University of Mississippi and Arkansas State University.
Carter graduated from Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Central High School in 1987. He earned the bachelor's degree in business and the master of higher education degree, both from Ole Miss. He is married to the former Rachelle Paul of St. Louis, Mo. They have two children, Jacob, 9; and Justin, 8.

Jon Williams, who begins his second year with ICC's football program, will serve as the Indians' offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator. His two sophomores last year on the line, Gabe Hollivay and Matt Conner, both signed with four-year schools.
Williams served as an assistant coach at Mississippi College, Wingate University (N.C.), East Central Community College and Wayne County High School. A member of the American Football Coaches Association, Williams was head coach at Simpson High School, where he compiled a 21-3 record, including two district titles, an undefeated regular season, an appearance in the south state championship and “Coach of the Year” honors. He was head coach at Locust Fork (AL) High School before arriving at Itawamba.
Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Wingate University and the Master of Education degree in health and physical education from Alcorn State University. He is married to the former Lisa Walker of Magee. They have two children, Cole, 7; and Jordan, 5.

Defensive line and strength coach Kenny Jackson is in his fifth year as an assistant at ICC. In the last two seasons he has mentored a player that finished second in the nation in sacks, including Pernell McPhee last year, who made both the NJCAA and JC Grid-Wire All-American squads. The New Orleans, La. native earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with a minor in African-American studies at the University of Mississippi, where he made the Dean's List.
Jackson's playing career includes Hinds Community College, Ole Miss, the NFL's Detroit Lions and the Columbus Destroyers of the Arena Football League. His athletic accomplishments include the Mississippi JUCO Top Ten, Clarion Ledger's Player of the Week, M-Club Player of the Week and Ole Miss Rebels of Steel. He is married to the former Vikesha Forrest of Magnolia, and they have one son, Kenneth Khalil, 7.

Tyrone Fox, in his third season with ICC's football program, serves as the linebackers coach and assists with special teams. The 1998 Calhoun City High School graduate played one season at Northwest Mississippi Community College, where his position coach was current ICC assistant Jeff Carter.
He earned his bachelor's degree in Coaching and Sports Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. He also has served in the military for six years including from April 2003 to March 2004 in Iraq.
