Email: jcterrill@iccms.eduJeff Terrill is entering his eighth season as Itawamba Community College's head football coach. In the last four years, he was in charge of the Indians defense, which again last fall finished among the nation's top 25 in total defense. Last season, his squad finished in third place in the north, which snapped a streak of making the state playoffs four straight years and his program has been ranked among the nation's top 20 in the NJCAA final poll in three of the last four campaigns. Terrill's teams have compiled a 36-29 record at ICC.
Over the past 26 seasons, the Noxubee County native has served as defensive and recruiting coordinator at Hinds Community College, defensive coordinator for East Mississippi Community College and athletic director and head football coach at Kosciusko High School.
Terrill graduated from Mississippi State University, where he earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees. He is married to the former Jan Reed, and they have three children, Jay, Jennifer, and Jessica; daughter-in-law Beth, and granddaughter, Molly.
Jeff Carter

Jeff Carter begins his fifth year with ICC's football program.
Carter, whose offense finished among the nation's top 20 overall in three of his first four seasons at Itawamba, mentored quarterbacks that finished among the national leaders in several categories, including NJCAA First Team All-American Tyson Lee.
The former Ole Miss standout defensive back spent four years coaching at Oxford and Tupelo High Schools and six seasons at the collegiate level at Northwest Mississippi Community College, the University of Mississippi and Arkansas State University.
He graduated from Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Central High School in 1987 and earned the bachelor's degree in business and the master of higher education degree, both from Ole Miss. He is married to the former Rachelle Paul of St. Louis, Mo. They have two children, Jacob, 10; and Justin, 9.
Jon Williams

Jon Williams, who begins his third year with ICC's football program, serves as the Indians' offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator. During his tenure at ICC, Williams has tutored at least one Division 1 signee each year. He currently has former Indian offensive linemen at the University of Southern Mississippi and University of North Texas.
Williams served as an assistant coach at Mississippi College, Wingate University (N.C.), East Central Community College and Wayne County High School. A member of the American Football Coaches Association, Williams was head coach at Simpson High School, where he compiled a 21-3 record, including two district titles, an undefeated regular season, an appearance in the south state championship and earned Coach of the Year honors. He was head coach at Locust Fork (Ala.) High School before arriving at Itawamba.
Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Wingate University and the Master of Education degree in health and physical education from Alcorn State University. He is married to the former Lisa Walker of Magee. They have two children, Cole, 8; and Jordan, 6.
Kenneth Jackson

Defensive line and strength coach Kenny Jackson is in his sixth year as an assistant at ICC, his first as the defensive coordinator. In the last four seasons he has mentored a player that finished among the top five in the nation in sacks, including Pernell McPhee last year, who made both the NJCAA and JC Grid-Wire All-American squads for the second straight season. The New Orleans, La. native earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with a minor in African-American studies at the University of Mississippi, where he made the Dean's List.
Jackson's playing career includes Hinds Community College, Ole Miss, the NFL's Detroit Lions and the Columbus Destroyers of the Arena Football League. His athletic accomplishments include the Mississippi JUCO Top Ten, Clarion Ledger's Player of the Week, M-Club Player of the Week and Ole Miss Rebels of Steel.
He is married to the former Vikesha Forrest of Magnolia, and they have one son, Kenneth Khalil,8.
Tyrone Fox

Tyrone Fox, in his fourth season with ICC's football program, serves as the linebacker coach and assists with the special teams. A 1998 Calhoun City High School graduate, he played one season at Northwest Mississippi Community College, where his position coach was current ICC assistant Jeff Carter.
He earned the bachelor's degree in coaching and sports administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. He also served in the military for six years including from April 2003 to March 2004 in Iraq.
Cody Bonds

Cody Bonds, who lives in Fulton, begins his second year at ICC as the video coordinator and equipment manager. He graduated from Mississippi State University after transferring from Jacksonville State in Alabama. While at both universities, Bonds worked as a student manager football assistant. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in education technology from MSU.
