Students planning to enroll at Itawamba Community College should have a transcript of previous work on file with the College prior to registration. Students with only a high school education or a GED®/HiSET/TASC background are to submit an official high school transcript or official GED®/HiSET/TASC scores. These must be sent directly from the institution to Itawamba Community College. Students who have completed college work are to submit a transcript from each college previously attended. Transcript Policies
Transcripts will not be sent until all financial obligations to the College are cleared and all admission requirements have been met unless otherwise stipulated by state or federal law.
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy ACT of 1974, records may not be released to a third party without the written, signed authorization of the student.

Order Transcript
Students may also request to pick up a transcript in a sealed envelope from the Admissions/Registrar's office located in the David C. Cole Student Services Building on the Fulton Campus or the Academic and Student Center on the Tupelo Campus. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, on the days that the College is open. If you visit in person, you must have a picture ID. Payment must be made upon receipt of the transcript when ordered.
In accordance with Mississippi Senate Bill 2244, students who have been in foster care or placed in the legal custody of the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services are eligible for a transcript fee waiver. Contact admissions@iccms.edu for more information.

Diploma Costs
The first diploma issued is at no cost to the student. The cost the student incurs to reprint a diploma is $20.

Order Diploma
Once a diploma has been ordered, the graduate will receive an email from Parchment requesting confirmation of mailing address. If the graduate does not confirm within 72 hours, the diploma will be mailed to the student at the active permanent address on file at the College. Once the mailing address has been confirmed or the 72-hour window has passed, the diploma will ship and arrive within 7-10 business days.
