The ICC Jazz Band is an ensemble that is traditionally staffed in the style of the Big Bands. The group typically has five saxes, four trombones, four trumpets, rhythm section and vocalists. The primary focus of the band is swing music from the Big Band era, but other genres are also included in its performances.

Membership in the group is through audition, but musician students of any major are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a jazz band is not required. The group rehearses on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:50 a.m.-12:05 p.m. (L period) and performs multiple times each semester, both on and off campus.
