Continuing Education

Continuing Education Header

Continuing Education provides opportunities for everyone. It includes personal and professional development for general self-improvement or learning new skills and upgrading skills for career advancement through classes, workshops, seminars and camps.

Class schedules are posted on the website twice each year, at the beginning of both the fall and spring semesters, and updated monthly. The classes or experiences are short-term and non-credit and are of varying lengths. Because "short-term experiences" can begin at any time of the year, almost any course can be offered if there is enough interest, equipment and instruction available.

In addition, there are self-development classes, educational programs series, lecture series and tours.

Class Offerings

Most classes are offered at the ICC Belden Center, which is located at 3200 Adams Farm Road. Other classes and experiences may be at the Fulton or Tupelo campus or off-campus depending on the need. The location is included in the schedule.

Education to Go
Hectic schedules should not deter individuals from continuing their education. The program provides short-term online classes that can be accessed at home or business for self-development, personal enjoyment or in-house training for business and industry. Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
If programs meet the appropriate criteria, Continuing Education Units are awarded for participation in the non-credit activity. Certificates are provided. For more information, contact the ICC Continuing Education Department at 662.407.1500.

Continuing Education Admission Requirements
Continuing Education classes and other experiences are typically open to all individuals regardless of educational experience or background. Exceptions include, but are not limited to, non-credit early career programs. The size of the classes is limited. Preregistration by phone is required on a first-pay, first-served basis.
