Cost of Attendance Housing Status (2026-2027)

This form is used to verify that you are an unaccompanied youth who is homeless or an unaccompanied youth providing for your own living expenses who is at risk of being homeless.

Unusual Circumstance Petition (2026-2027)

Dependent students are required by law to provide parental information and signatures to be considered for federal financial aid. Exceptions can only be made when adequate documentation is submitted.
