Account Activation
Steps for activating your ICC user account:
- Go to https://myTribe.iccms.edu.
- Select "Activate my Account."
- Enter your ICC Identification number (begins with 933######, your Social Security Number with no dashes and your date of birth. If you have an ICC ID card, you will find the last six digits of your ICC Identification number. Just put 933 in front of those six digits.
- Select "Sign in button."
- Verify the information and then create and enter a password for your account. Then select "Activate."
- After a few seconds, an Activation message will appear that will give you your Username and email address.
ICC Email
Check your email using Outlook. Outlook can be accessed online or installed on your phone. When signing in to your email, use your ICC email address (example: jedoe01@iccms.edu) and ICC password. You must activate your ICC user account before you can access your email account.

Office 365
All students and faculty/staff can download and install Microsoft Office 365 for free. Students will have access to Office 365 for free during each term they are enrolled at ICC.

Wi-Fi Access
Steps for ICC Students and Employees (Personal Devices such as phone, laptop, TVs, etc.)
- Connect to the ICC-StartHere Network. The website connect.iccms.edu will come up. If the website does not automatically appear, while connected to ICC-StartHere, open your browser and go to www.iccms.edu.
- Select ‘Connect using my ICC email.’
- Log in with full ICC email address and ICC password.
- Copy your personalized Wi-Fi password (8 lowercase letters); close out of ICC-StartHere.
- Connect to the ICC-Arrow; enter Wi-Fi password. If you have multiple devices to connect, you can connect straight to ICC-Arrow and use the same Wi-Fi password. If you can't remember your Wi-Fi password, you can repeat steps 1-4.
Steps for Guest of ICC Students and Employees
- Connect to the ICC-StartHere Network. The website connect.iccms.edu will come up. If the website does not automatically appear, while connected to ICC-StartHere, open your browser and go to www.iccms.edu.
- Select ‘Connect as a guest.’
- Log in with your phone number and email address.
- You’ll receive a text with a PIN.
- You’ll enter the PIN into connect.iccms.edu.
- Copy your temporary Wi-Fi password (8 lowercase letters).
- Connect to the ICC-Arrow; enter temporary Wi-Fi password. If you have multiple devices to connect, you can connect to ICC-Arrow and use the same temporary Wi-Fi password. Temporary passwords are good for 24 hours, but after that time lapses, you must go back through all steps to receive a new temporary password.

Residence Hall Wi-Fi Information
To ensure the best Wi-Fi service:
- Ensure that Wireless Direct and/or AirPrint is disabled on wireless printers. These protocols can interfere with the Wi-Fi signal and degrade performance.
- Nintendo or any gaming stations broadcasts must be turned off.
- Do not use any wireless routers that have been brought from home because they will compete with ICC's wireless system offered to all students at ICC. Example: Belkin/Netgear
- Do not use wireless devices from any local telephone company. Example: Nexband
- Do not use your cell phones as a wireless access point.
