ICC’s Workforce Education program offers a cost-effective way to strengthen the regional workforce, made possible
through a shared investment by the State of Mississippi and participating employers. This cost-sharing model creates
a win-win outcome for both businesses and the state. All training activities must be properly documented in accordance
with state guidelines.
Pre-Employment Assistance
The Workforce Development and Training team supports businesses and industries with pre-employment services
that may include testing and training prospective employees – provided these activities can be conducted with sufficiently
sized groups. The pre-employment services can be customized to meet the specific needs of each business or industry.
