27 June EMT-Paramedic June 27, 2017 By Thomas, Donna S. General 0 Applications are being accepted through August 1 for the EMT-Paramedic program at Itawamba Community College. EMT-Paramedic is a 15-month program, which is offered at ICC’s Belden Center. Students must be a Nationally-Registered EMT-Basic to be eligible for admission. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be awarded a certificate of completion, and those who complete additional academic courses can receive an Associate of Applied Science degree. To be considered for admission to the EMT program, applicants must complete an online application to Itawamba Community College and print the Paramedic application, both of which are available at www.iccms.edu. To access the program application, individuals must click on the Paramedic program under “Programs of Study.” The completed Paramedic application must be delivered in person to Debbie Roebuck, program director, who is located at the Belden Center (3200 Adams Farm Rd.) or mailed to Debbie Roebuck, Itawamba Community College, 2176 South Eason Blvd., Tupelo, MS 38804. Applicants also must meet the following criteria: 18 years of age or older, high school graduate or equivalency, minimum ACT score of 16 if taken on or after the October 1989 and a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician.
