Bowen is retired from the United States Marine Corps. He and his wife, Kim, have one child. Clemmer previously served as executive assistant at the University of Mississippi. She and her husband, Andy, have three children. Crawford is currently pursuing the doctoral degree in higher education administration. She earned the associate’s degree at ICC, bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and the master’s degree from Mississippi College. Doss served as a former principal and academic coach. She earned the master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Foster and his wife, Amanda, have two children, and his third child will arrive in May. He earned an associate’s degree at ICC in 2015. Hart earned the associate’s degree from ICC and the bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. Kimberlin, who previously served as assistant coach at Millsaps, earned the bachelor’s degree at Harding University and the associate’s degree from ICC, where he played football and was named to the MACJC first team. He is married to Michaela Kimberlin. Lawson earned the associate’s degree from Northeast Mississippi Community College and the bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. His honors include 1-1A Coach of the Year (2015 and 2016) and 1-4A Coaching Staff of the Year. He has three children. Lay, who earned the associate’s degree from ICC, was previously employed at In the Beginning’s Daycare. Pennington’s employment history includes health information services operations manager for the North Mississippi Health Services and medical billing/credentialing specialist for the Lifecore Health Group. She earned the associate’s degree from ICC and the bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is married to Chris Suchomel, and they have two children. Pierce earned the associate’s degree from ICC, bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and the master’s degree from Mississippi State University. Her previous positions include new learning resources online and literacy educational coordinator at the Family Resource Center. Pounders earned the bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Mississippi State University and the Master of Divinity degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Gladys, have three children. Rakestraw previously served as social studies teacher for the Union County Schools and adjunct instructor for ICC, Northeast Mississippi Community College and Blue Mountain College. His degrees include the bachelor’s from the University of Mississippi, master’s from Delta State University and the educational specialist from Arkansas State University. He and his wife, Denise, have three children. Ramey earned the associate’s degree at ICC and the bachelor’s degree from the University of North Alabama. He and his wife, Alaina, have two children. Smith is a recent graduate of Mississippi College, where she earned the master’s degree. Her additional educational background includes the associate’s degree from ICC and bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and master’s degree from Mississippi College. Stanfield earned the bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University and the master’s degree from the University of North Alabama. Wallace previously served as pre-k teacher for the Tupelo Public School District. She earned the bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. Her honors include Kappa Delta Pi and Teacher of Distinction (2015). She and her husband, Ben, have two children. Wilkinson retired from the U.S. Marshals Service in 2010. He has two children. Rodney Williams is a graduate of Rust College, where he earned the bachelor’s degree. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Williams has four children. For the past six years, Ruth Ann Williams served as secretary at the Dorsey Attendance Center. Her educational background includes the associate’s degree in Health Information from ICC. She and her husband, Jason, are the parents of two children. TimelyCare provides on-demand 24/7 service that offers virtual health and well-being to currently-enrolled students and full-time faculty and staff for free, according to Dr. Brad Boggs, vice president of Student Services, including mental and emotional support, health literacy guidance and crisis management by masters-level behavioral health professionals. “It also provides a dedicated phone line for full-time faculty and staff to reach the TimelyCare team for guidance and support in cases of student distress.” Those covered may choose the visit modality that works best for them - video, phone or video chat. The simple, flexible scheduling enables students to choose their provider, day and time as well as cancel a visit and select the next available time that works best for them. Adult learner orientation session Adult learners are invited to participate in an evening summer orientation session from 5-8 p.m., July 18, in the Health Science Education Center at the Itawamba Community College Tupelo Campus. The schedule includes an orientation session, student advising and class scheduling as well as I.D./yearbook photos. The orientation will cover topics of special interest to enable them to transition to ICC. “Students are encouraged to participate in orientation as soon as possible to ensure that they can select from a wide variety of options, including days, times and instructors,” said Dr. Melissa Haab, dean of enrollment services. Students must have submitted an application for admission as well as a copy of the ACT score before registering for orientation, and they should sign up as soon as possible since only a limited number can attend each session. ICC schedules orientation sessions for students who plan to enroll for the 2021 spring semester Itawamba Community College has scheduled orientation sessions for students who plan to enroll for the 2021 spring semester. Recent high school graduates are required to participate in one of the sessions, which are scheduled for Nov. 18, Dec. 10 and Jan. 6, 7 and 8, by registering at iccms.edu/orientation. Options include the Fulton and Tupelo campuses, and students can attend a session regardless of the location they plan to attend in the spring. However, all students, including adult learners, are invited. “Among the advantages of attending an orientation session are scheduling classes early and choosing from a wide variety of options, including days, times and instructors and possibly completing the process before graduation from high school,” said Dr. Melissa Haab, dean of enrollment services. “The sessions will also provide an opportunity for adult learners to connect with an adviser and to make the transition to college less intimidating.” During the spring semester, students may choose from five instructional delivery methods, including face-to-face, face-to-face/online hybrid, face-to-face/ZOOM hybrid, ZOOM only and online.
