General 0 Itawamba Community College will present “Over the River and Through the Woods,” with dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m., Mar. 26-28, in the banquet rooms of the David C. Cole Student Services Building at the Fulton Campus. The Joe DiPietro comedy is about a lively Italian family, which focuses on Nick and his decision to move away from his grandparents or stay in New York. To sweeten the deal to stay, the relatives have a plan…invite a pretty girl to dinner. The cast includes Dayton Shegog of Southaven (Nick Cristano), Mason Fisher of Mantachie (Frank Gianelli), Kailey Cox of Amory (Aida Gianelli), Colton Sumner of Smithville (Nunzio Cristano), Morgan Bailey of Belden (Emma Cristano) and Emily Shaffer of Saltillo (Caitlin O’Hare). Members of the crew are Mattie Knox of Amory, stage manager; Maggie Garrett of Pontotoc, publicity manager; and Lindsey Roberts of Guntown, prop mistress and sound technician. Based on the famous Agatha Christie story, Murder on the Orient Express follows world-renowned detective Hercule Poirot as he investigates a murder aboard a luxurious train stranded in the snow. Woody’s featured at ICC’s March Dinner & Demo on March 26 Itawamba Community College will host its next Dinner & Demo on March 26 at 5:30 p.m., featuring Woody’s as the highlighted restaurant for the month. The limited-seat culinary experience invites guests to enjoy an intimate evening of cooking demonstrations by the residence chef while also dining on a specially curated menu from the featured restaurant. Designed as a monthly food experience, Dinner & Demo offers a unique opportunity to see preparation techniques up close while savoring a full meal in a relaxed, engaging atmosphere. The March 26 menu will showcase wild game selections, including duck and bison, offering guests a bold and distinctive dining experience. Additionally, chef demonstrations will include the Bananas Foster which is a well-known Woody's specialty. Cost for the event is $75 per person or $140 for a couple. Seating is limited.
