General 0 Hayden Stegall of Pontotoc has been appointed to the Itawamba Community College Board of Trustees. Stegall, a Certified Public Accountant, has been affiliated with Stegall and Associates, PLLC since 2019 and was previously an associate for BDO USA, LLP in their Memphis, Tenn. office from 2016-19. An Itawamba Community College alumnus, he earned both the undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Mississippi. Stegall’s civic and church activities include West Heights Baptist Church, board member of Pontotoc Community Affiliate of CREATE Foundation (PACT) and a member of the Mississippi Society of CPAs. He and his wife, the former Charlotte Crooks, have two children, Mabry Kate, 3; and Kendall, 1. Currently the executive director of the North Mississippi Industrial Development Association, Scaggs has been previously employed with the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce and the Mississippi Development Authority. His educational background includes Meridian Community College, Stetson University and Jackson State University. Scaggs’ civic and church activities include chair of the North Mississippi Medical Center Amory-Gilmore Board of Advisors, chair of the Mississippi District Export Council, member of the executive committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi, member of the board of directors of the Mississippi Auto Manufacturing Association and vestry member of St. John’s in Aberdeen.
