General 0 Rylie Ozbirn of New Albany was selected as Itawamba Community College’s Most Beautiful 2023-24 at the conclusion of the annual pageant, which was Feb. 1 at the Fulton Campus. Winners include Sharicka Martin of Shannon, Most Photogenic; Sarah Kate Thompson of Potts Camp, fourth alternate; Alexis “Lexi” Tabbs of Red Bay, Ala., second alternate; Emma Grace Allen of Fulton, first alternate; Mary Morgan Lyle of Tupelo, third alternate; and Kaitlyn Plunkett of Fulton, Crowd Favorite. As Most Beautiful, Ozbirn will represent the College at multiple events throughout the year. All winners receive a scholarship presented by the Itawamba Community College Foundation, Inc. The event was sponsored by ICC’s The Global Experience.
