Due to COVID-19, all classes have been transitioned to an online format. Intersession classes begin May 11 and end with final examinations on May 22. Additional schedule opportunities with start dates include eLearning full-term and first four-week classes, June 1; and second term classes, June 29. Related Articles Registration continues for ICC summer orientation sessions Registration is continuing at Itawamba Community College for orientation sessions for students who plan to enroll for the 2023 fall semester. Recent high school graduates are required to participate in one of the sessions, which are scheduled for June 13 and 15 and July 11 and 13, all at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., all at the Fulton Campus; and June 14 at 1 p.m. and July 12 at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., all at the Tupelo Campus. Students can attend a session regardless of the location they plan to attend. However, all students, including adult learners are invited. “Among the advantages of attending an orientation session are scheduling classes early and choosing from a wide variety of options, including days, times and instructors,” said Michael Holloway, director of recruitment and orientation. “Participants will have an opportunity to connect with other new students as well as to learn more about student life at ICC. The sessions will also enable adult learners to meet with an adviser and to make the transition to college less intimidating.” Prior to registration, ... ICC schedules summer terms open registration sessions Open registration for traditional first summer/full term classes and eLearning full-term, first and second four-week classes at Itawamba Community College is scheduled for May 25 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at both the David C. Cole Student Services Building on the Fulton Campus and the Academic and Student Center on the Tupelo Campus. Registration continues for eight-week terms Registration for the second term of eight-week traditional and eLearning classes is continuing at both the Fulton and Tupelo campuses of Itawamba Community College. The deadline to register is Oct. 17 for the traditional term and Oct. 22 for the eLearning (online) session. Traditional classes begin Oct. 16, and online, Oct. 21. Spring semester registration continues Open registration at Itawamba Community College for the 2020 spring semester is continuing. Students can register for spring semester classes through Jan. 14 for full-term traditional classes and January eight-week traditional and eLearning terms; and Jan. 17 for full-term eLearning classes, but a late registration fee of $15 will be assessed. However, class selection could possibly be limited. Registration is available at the Student Support Center at the Tupelo Campus weekdays from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. except for Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and the David C. Cole Student Services Building at the Fulton Campus, weekdays from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Traditional day classes begin Jan. 8, and eLearning classes, Jan. 13. Individuals who have earned some college credit but insufficient hours for a degree can receive information about the statewide Complete2Compete initiative during a scheduled open registration session, which is designed primarily for returning adult learners, on Jan. 6 at 6 p.m. at the Tupelo Campus in the Student Support Center.
