Second Food Service Pathway class set to begin May 29

            Registration is underway for a four-week Food Service Pathway program to begin May 29 at the Itawamba Community College Belden Center.

            Classes will meet Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

            The program includes Serve Safe® certification, certificate of completion, proper food handling standards, kitchen safety practices, culinary techniques, interview skills and résumé building, money handling and front of the house and back of the house operations.
