General 0 Itawamba Community College has scheduled dates for its four-week Food Service Pathway program at the Belden Center (3200 Adams Farm Rd.). Beginning and ending dates for the classes include Sept. 4-28, Oct. 1-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 30. Classes will meet Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. The program includes Serve Safe® certification, certificate of completion, proper food handling standards, kitchen safety practices, culinary techniques, interview skills and résumé building, money handling and front of the house and back of the house operations. The program is offered in partnership with Families First of North Mississippi. Registration is underway for each class.
