The class will meet weekdays from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. through July 31. Highlights of the hands-on course include both ServSafe® Food Manager and Alcohol Certification, menu planning/preparation, assistance/participation in the execution of catered events, résumé/interview skills and both front- and back-of-the-house operations.
