Students may register for traditional full-term and first-term classes anytime until May 23 at 5 p.m. at the David C. Cole Student Services Building on the Fulton Campus and the Academic and Student Center on the Tupelo Campus. Classes start on May 28, and the last day to register is May 29. In addition, the eLearning second four-week term begins on June 25, which is the last day to add classes. Registration underway for ICC Summer Band Camp Registration is under way for the 2021 Itawamba Community College Summer Band Camp, which will be June 20-25. The camp is designed for those interested in furthering their music education, strengthening their leadership skills and creating lifelong friendships, according to director Ryan Todd. Since 1981, the camp has hosted more than 16,000 students from all over the United States. It is regarded as one of the finest summer band camps in the Mid-South. Instruction includes general courses for all campers, drum majors, color guard and percussion. The registration deadline is May 15. Registration continues for ICC summer orientation sessions Registration is continuing at Itawamba Community College for orientation sessions for students who plan to enroll for the 2023 fall semester. Recent high school graduates are required to participate in one of the sessions, which are scheduled for June 13 and 15 and July 11 and 13, all at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., all at the Fulton Campus; and June 14 at 1 p.m. and July 12 at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., all at the Tupelo Campus. Students can attend a session regardless of the location they plan to attend. However, all students, including adult learners are invited. “Among the advantages of attending an orientation session are scheduling classes early and choosing from a wide variety of options, including days, times and instructors,” said Michael Holloway, director of recruitment and orientation. “Participants will have an opportunity to connect with other new students as well as to learn more about student life at ICC.
