Sigma Kappa Delta to induct members Mar. 5 at the Fulton Campus

            Several Itawamba Community College students will be inducted into Sigma Kappa Delta during a ceremony at 5:30 p.m., Mar. 5, at the David C. Cole Student Services Building at the Fulton Campus.

            They include Whitley Caradine, Alex Stevens, both of Aberdeen; Bingjie Lian, Charkayla French, Olivia Ausbon, all of Amory; Alexis Bradley, Madison Mcguirt, both of Belden; Alexandria Norman of Belmont; Sara Simpson of Columbus; Selena Pierce, Alicia Branham Pickle, Kade Holder, Becky Blanton, Lauren DeHart, all of Fulton; Macey Chrestman, Alexander Pearson, both of Houlka; Gabriela Bedolla of Houston; Sara Grace Boggs of Mantachie; Savannah Stamps of Northport, Ala.; Laura Buskirk, Torrance McIntosh, Carl G. Wallace, Nyeshia McGregory, all of Okolona; Riley Williams, Jennifer L. Rigby, both of Plantersville; Noah Bryant, Sarah Metcalfe, Savannah Townsend, all of Pontotoc; Laurel Crosby, Kaylee Strickland, Ally Cleveland, all of Saltillo; Tristin Brewer, Lareina Brown, Makaela Dickerson,  all of Smithville; Sara Eckhoff of Southaven; and Mallory Reed, Ruthann Morgan, both of Tupelo.

            Sigma Kappa Delta is the English Honor Society for Two-Year Colleges. Members have the opportunity to share their love of literature and linguistics with like-minded peers, participate in rewarding activities and be recognized for their accomplishments. They may also apply, or in some cases, instantly qualify for one or more of the society’s numerous awards and scholarships.
