Dinner & Demo series returns for fourth year

Itawamba Community College’s popular Dinner & Demo series will begin its fourth year with an evening at Jobos in downtown Tupelo, Sept. 17 at 5:30 p.m.

The culinary demonstration will feature crab and corn hushpuppies with citrus and herb aioli and a Peach Bourbon Mash.

Dinner will include crab and corn hushpuppies with citrus and herb aioli and apple celery slaw; barbecue shrimp and grits with homemade focaccia; and Memory Orchard cheesecake with fresh fruit compote. A Peach Bourbon Mash will accompany the meal.

Eric Stogner will provide live music from 6-8 p.m.

The cost is $60 per person or $110 per couple. Jobos is located at 314 E. Main St. inside Hotel Tupelo.
