ICC Small Ensembles concert set for Apr. 12

            Itawamba Community College’s Small Ensembles will perform in concert at 7 p.m., Apr. 12, in the Band Hall on the Fulton Campus.

            The groups include Mixed Woodwind Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Rush Hour Saxophone Quartet, Brass Ensemble and Steel Band.

            Members of the Mixed Woodwind Ensemble include Gracie Whitt of Fulton; Jared Brownlee of Mooreville; Kinley Lindsay of Oxford; Max Wright of Randolph; and Cheyanne Cassler of Saltillo.

            The Percussion Ensemble members are Eliseo Fernandez of Algoma; David Sloan of Columbus; Caleb Murrell, Mason Ruffin, both of Mantachie; Emma Worsham of Mooreville; Mikey Coleman, Leslie Torres, Elizabeth Willis, all of Pontotoc; Jeffrey Wells of Taylor; Sam Young of Vernon, Ala.; and Taylor Doss of Winfield, Ala.

            The Rush Hour Saxophone Quartet includes Eliseo Fernandez of Algoma; Clay Tyson of Lake Cormorant; Jared Brownlee of Mooreville; Nathaniel Hawkins of Pontotoc; and Max Wright of Randolph.

            Members of the Brass Ensemble are Madeline Martin of Amory; Alyssa Pankow of Ecru; Destiny Holmes, Jordan Laney, Preston Cox, all of Fulton; Taya Baggett of Hamilton; Mason Ruffin of Mantachie; Alex Hidalgo of Marietta; Luke Taylor of Millport, Ala.; Lillian Angle, Michael Franklin, Bryan Valentin-Colon, all of Pontotoc; Ella Kate Nichols, Alayna Hyland, both of Thaxton; and Gavin Gann of Tupelo.

            Steel Band members include Eliseo Fernandez, Barrett Holton, both of Algoma; David Sloan of Columbus; Lanna Grace Dozier of Nettleton; Celeste Clayton, Mikey Coleman, both of Pontotoc; Jeffrey Wells of Taylor; Abbey Mason, Sam Young, both of Vernon, Ala.; Taylor Doss of Winfield, Ala.

            Directors are Brenon Eaton, Steel Band and Percussion Ensemble; Christy Colburn, Rush Hour Saxophone Quartet and Mixed Woodwind Ensemble; and Eric Simmons, Brass Ensemble.
